School attendance: Parents are not able to see their child's attendance.
Parents are now able to see the overall attendance to school.

Autofill for parents needs to be more visible.
The autofill button is now floating to ensure parents can see it easily on the page.

Parents Evening booking: The left side of the screen needs adapting to be more user friendly, allowing parents to see both bookable sessions.
Parents can now access both bookable sessions easily.

Suggestion to have the RTL characteristics shared frequently with students.
The RTL characteristics are shared with the students as part of our tutor programme, PDL programme, RAK Days and throughout lessons in the Academy.

Suggestion to have more visible rewards for students.
We celebrate the students successes through termly rewards celebrations each in assemblies. We are looking to implement milestones on Talaxy that students will receive certificates for their achievements. We are moving towards using our social media platforms more frequently to share the achievements of our students with our wider community.

Suggestion to run a club for children who are neurodivergent.
We agree this would be great for students and are currently surveying them to understand what they would want from the club with a view to running a pilot group this term.

Suggestion to adapt the data collection form to allow parents to inform the Academy if their child is neurodivergent.
We are currently reviewing the form with key staff with a view to meeting this request.

Suggestion to widen the range of rewards on offer.
Each Head of Year awards students at the end of each term. Vouchers are handed out to students as rewards. We are also looking into what other types of rewards we can offer students.

Suggestion to review the level of communication for negatives.
The pastoral team are reviewing the level of communication shared with parents as we transfer to our new platform

Suggestion to have more frequent rewards for students.
We are looking to add more rewards throughout the year so students successes are celebrated more frequently. We are also looking to reward students when they achieve key milestones.

Suggestion to update the toilet facilities.
We have a programme to re-develop the toilet facilities across the Academy. C block will be the first toilets to re-developed. These will be single cubicle floor to ceiling toilets. There will be a combination of single sex and unisex toilets.

Concerns raised about how the toilets were being used by some students.
We have placed members of staff on duty at the toilets to ensure we can monitor usage at break and lunchtime. We also have a high Senior Leadership Team presence around any concerns relating to toilet misuse.

Student concerns raised about the cleanliness of the toilets.
Our site team check the cleanliness of the toilets periodically throughout the day to ensure they are clean and tidy.
