We are thrilled to share the outstanding results from this year’s Raspberry Pi Foundation Bebras Challenge, showcasing our students’ incredible problem-solving, logic, and computational thinking skills.
Here are some highlights:
- 467,190 students participated across the UK in 7 different age categories
- 356 students represented Fareham Academy
- 35,625 total points were achieved by our students
- 26 Fareham Academy students ranked in the top 10% nationally (a fantastic increase from 18 in 2023!)
- Vulcan achieved the most total points overall
- Gaia and Odin tied for the most Gold students
- Vulcan and Odin share the title of joint winners this year!
Congratulations to all our students for embodying our school values of Resilience and Aspiration throughout this challenge.
Certificates will be distributed during computer science lessons, with Gold certificates presented in assemblies by Heads of House or Year.
