In our continuing efforts to encourage better student attendance, our Golden Ticket Attendance Competition took place before the October half term. Students who achieved 96% or above attendance in Half Term 1 received a golden ticket, which they were able to exchange for a chocolate bar after school. Additionally, students with 100% attendance were entered into a draw for each year group. Names were drawn from a hat, and one lucky student from each year group won a £10 vouche

In honour of Restart a Heart Day, a global initiative aimed at educating people on how to deliver CPR, we were pleased to welcome the South Central Ambulance Service to Fareham Academy today. Our Year 8 students took part in a hands-on workshop, learning vital skills such as how to respond in an emergency, administer CPR, use a defibrillator, and place someone in the recovery position.
