RAK Day: Resilience

Last week we had our 3rd RAK day of the academic year, during the day our students enjoyed an inspiring day focused on kindness, growth and future opportunities.
-Year 7 explored the LORIC principles and met @sw_railwaywhere they took part in an engaging and interactive session on Train Planning. During this workshop, students took on challenges that encouraged problem solving, teamwork and clear communication.
-Year 8 took part in a range of enriching sessions including Eco Club, financial literacy, online safety, workshops from the charity @motiv8fareham , as well as an introduction to T-Levels with @shcollegegroup South Hampshire College Group as they think ahead to their future pathways.
-Year 9 were fully engaged in the powerful and eye‑opening Prison Me! No Way! programme, learning about choices, consequences, and positive decision-making.
-Year 10 worked with Loudspeaker to develop confidence and communication in a range of engaging, high energy sessions.
We can't wait till our next RAK day where we will be exploring the protected charteristics, vital first aid skills, the impacts of vaping, as well as many other exciting sessions!
