We’d like to share a valuable resource from the National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) for families and young people who are Deaf or experiencing hearing loss.

The NDCS offers a wide range of support for children and young people aged 0–25 across the UK who are:

  • Deaf

  • In need of support with a deaf-related issue

  • Looking to connect with local services and guidance

As explained on their website, the term “deaf” refers to all types of hearing loss, from mild to profound. This includes temporary hearing loss such as glue ear or deafness in one ear.

Here’s a message from the NDCS:

“We are here to support you – at your pace, in the way that works best for you. If you would like to be contacted by your local community connector to discuss how they can support you, please complete this form.”

Explore support and connect with your local Community Connector here.
