This summer, Y Services will once again be delivering their Summer HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Project, supporting young people in receipt of free school meals* with a full programme of engaging activities, games, and nutritious home-cooked meals.
Now in its fourth year of funding from Hampshire County Council, Y Services continues to provide outstanding support to young people and families through holistic methods delivered by qualified youth workers and dedicated volunteers.
As part of their wider youth charity work, Y Scrapstore will also be contributing to the project by supplying creative resources. These will be used in sessions to inspire imaginative crafts, compositions, and collages—promoting a reuse, recycle, and repurpose mindset by using materials that would otherwise go to landfill.
Full details of dates and times can be found in the attached document.
To register, please email haf@yservices.co.uk and include your contact telephone number.
*Eligibility also includes young people with SEND, those with a social worker, EHCP, EHH, or those who are Ukrainian or Afghan refugees.
